राशन कार्ड संशोधन के लिए आवश्यक दस्तावेज / Required Document For Ration Card Correction

अगर आपका पहले से Ration Card बना हुआ है,आप उसमें किसी भी प्रकार के Ration Card correction करना चाहते हैं । जैसे कि Ration Card family name add, Ration Card family name delete या फिर Ration Card name change इत्यादि ।

  • ⏩ आवेदन पत्र विभागीय प्रपत्र क्रम संख्या “ख” ; यहां क्लिक कर डाउनलोड करें ।
    व्यक्ति, जिसका नाम जोड़ना है उसके आधार कार्ड की छायाप्रति ।
  • ⏩ विभागीय आवेदन प्रपत्र क्रम संख्या “ख” के क्रमांक 8 एवं 9 को लागू करने के लिए निम्नलिखित प्रमाण पत्र की आवश्यकता होगी । जो इस प्रकार से हैं ।
  1. ✅ निवास में परिवर्तन हेतु आवासीय प्रमाण पत्र
  2. ✅ जन्म ,मृत्यु प्रमाण पत्र
  3. ✅ राशन कार्ड में जो भी जानकारी गलत है जिसे सही करना चाहते हैं उससे संबंधित कोई भी सरकारी प्रमाण पत्र ।

नोट :- सरकारी विद्यालय का प्रमाण पत्र, आधार कार्ड ,वोटर आईडी कार्ड ,ड्राइविंग लाइसेंस, पैन कार्ड इत्यादि । किसी भी प्रमाण पत्र का प्रयोग संशोधन में अपनी सही पहचान साबित करने के लिए की जा सकती हैं।

फॉर्म और संबंधित कागजात मौजूद होने के बाद आप इसके लिए ऑफलाइन आवेदन अपने ब्लॉक या RTPS कार्यालय के माध्यम से करवा सकते हैं।

ध्यान रखें जब भी आप फॉर्म और संलग्न करने वाले डॉक्यूमेंट की प्रति कॉपी लेकर जाएं उसके ओरिजिनल डॉक्यूमेंट भी साथ में लेकर जाएं ।क्योंकि RTPS COUNTER पर आपसे ओरिजिनल डॉक्यूमेंट भी दिखाने को कहा जा सकता है ।

ऑफलाइन राशन कार्ड बनवाने के लिए आपको संबंधित फॉर्म और दस्तावेज काउंटर पर जमा करने होंगे । जब भी आपका Ration Card new application होता है या फिर Ration Card correction के लिए RTPS काउंटर या ब्लॉक के माध्यम से आवेदन किया जाता है तो आपको एक रसीद (Ration Card slip)भी प्रदान की जाती है ।

  • ➡ SHOW पर क्लिक करते ही आपके सामने कुछ ऐसा पेज खुल कर आ जाएगा जिसमें रूलर और अर्बन दो ऑप्शन दिखाई देंगे ।

ग्रामीण राशन कार्ड की सूची देखने के लिए RURAL पर क्लिक करें और वहीं शहरी राशन कार्ड की सूची देखने के लिए URBAN पर क्लिक करना होगा ।

  • ➡ अब आपके सामने ब्लॉक की जानकारी आएगी अपने ब्लॉक का चयन करना होगा ।
  • ➡ ब्लॉक का चयन होने के बाद आपको अपने पंचायत का चयन करना होगा ।
  • ➡ पंचायत का चयन करने के बाद आपको अपने गांव का चयन करना होगा फिर आपको FPS NAME यानी कि आपका ➡ जो भी डीलर है उसका चयन करना होगा ।
  • ➡ डीलर का चयन करने के बाद आपके सामने राशन कार्ड की सूची आ जाएगी ।
  • ➡ सूची कुछ इस प्रकार से दिखाई देगी जैसा हमने नीचे दिखाया है ।
